The Glovo LaaS team is Glovo's last-mile service for eCommerce, a huge industry that is still growing rapidly with many challenges ahead.

At Glovo, you will join a team that is working to revolutionise the sector from scratch with the main eCommerce players in any market.

You will be responsible to build and manage the portfolio of 3PL in the Italian Market with a focus to increase the delivery coverage and reduce the cost of the last mile.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Laas Ita and work closely to the operation team and linehaul manager.

Weekly, you will be aligned with the Global team of Laas

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Define the pipeline of new partnership deals and the portfolio strategy

- Negotiate the price, payments and complaints with Third-Party Partner

- Monitor all the partners achieve the KPI and SLA (Service Level Agreement)

- Create a bonus and malus incentives for partnership and increase the retention

- Regularly travel in the Country to meet partners and scouting new ones

- Represent Glovo in the sector event.

- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in the logistics, transportation and supply chain

- Wide availability of logistics contact (networking) in Italy (Fleet Partners, Delivery Service Partner, Couriers, etc.

)

- Team management is a plus

- Ability to travel

- Negotiation skills

- Results-driven attitude, strategic thinking, strong leadership and business acumen

- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and drive change.

- Native level of Italian and fluent level of English.
