**Job Description**:
The Partnership team has grown a lot, broadening its scope of projects, developed in partnership with other companies active in a variety of business sectors.
In order to strengthen their execution across European markets, the team needs to integrate a new member, who must have previous experience such as, the ability to quickly integrate themselves into the role and learn all aspects of the business and the company quickly.
The Partnership team is responsible for promoting the booking of travel services through non-travel B2B channels, such as corporate welfare platforms, employee incentive plans, Gift Cards, white-label solutions and placing travel as prizes for competitions and promotional initiatives of other companies. . . The very dynamic environment is really stimulating, but on the other hand requires a strong ability to adapt to specific needs with a positive spirit, to help the team to achieve its goals.
- ** Managing and coordinating complex projects independently, including**: drafting the project requirements, considering all the flows connected to the projects, managing interferences with the departments on which the project will have an impact, coordinating the work teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, available budgets and satisfaction of the partner.
- ** Partner Account Management**:The projects can be of various nature but will always have to do with an external partner, the resource will have to be the point of reference for the internal partner of the company and will have to manage the relationship day by day ensuring the partner's satisfaction.
- ** Manage the operational tasks related to the voucher world**:project launch (creation and management of voucher campaigns, content insertion, creation of promotional websites, voucher t&c, reporting, training ppt, customer experience ppt)
- ** Analyse campaigns**: highlighting any critical issues and the achievement of KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
**Work Experience**:
- At least 3-5 years in communication agencies, in role of digital project management or partnerships account management of digital players
**Skills acquired**:
- Outstanding project management skills, i. e.
the ability to know how to draw up specifications, to involve the departments concerned and to guarantee compliance with the go live deadlines, helping whenever necessary to demarcate blocking points.
- Thanks to an open and flexible mentality, knowing how to adapt the existing technical structures in the company to the needs set out by the partner to find a workaround that respects the partner's needs while minimizing the effort of internal departments and new developments.
- Knowing how to manage their time effectively, calibrate the urgency and importance of projects, being able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously.
- Knowing how to relate to different stakeholders, ranging from the IT department that follows the technical development of the project to the director.
- EXCEL excellent usage skills, which require knowing how to handle data by creating pivots, using the vert search functions, creating graphs, etc.
- Powerpoint: excellent skills in layout and transmission of concepts through the use of powerpoint, knowing how to decline the content based on the target audience.
- Languages: excellent spoken and written English and optimal French or German spoken and written is a strong element of preference
