Position OverviewThe Partnership Sales Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Sales to develop strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a blend of esports industry understanding, creativity, and hands-on sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day sales activities and creating compelling sales materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success while developing your career in sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting:
Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
Sales Support and Client Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Participate in client calls and meetings to present pitch decks and support deal closures.
Pitch Deck Creation and Sales Material Development:
Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team
Collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
Strategic Analysis and Market Research:
Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies.
Develop growth strategies for new and existing customers.
Translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Initiatives:
Work closely with marketing and esport teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.
Sales Process and Capability Improvement:
Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship.
Improve the sales team's capabilities and effectiveness.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
