BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Partnerships & VIP Guest Experiences Coordinator will play a pivotal role in advancing Zegna's strategic initiatives by identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships that align with the brand's heritage and luxury positioning.

This role is instrumental in driving visibility, engaging exclusive audiences, and creating unforgettable experiences for VIP guests through collaborative efforts with esteemed partners.

In this role, you will: Increase Brand Visibility: Maintain and establish strategic partnerships to enhance Zegna's heritage and global presence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into broader brand initiatives.

Reach Strategic Audience: Engage and reach exclusive audiences by curating bespoke Zegna products and offerings for partners' members.

Leverage insights and market research to identify and target new partnership opportunities that resonate with Zegna's audience.

Create VIP Experiences: Collaborate with selected partners to design and deliver unique, "money can't buy" experiences tailored for Zegna's VIP guests.

Ensure every experience aligns with Zegna's luxury standards and reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.

Project Management: Manage end-to-end partnership projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Monitor performance and impact of partnerships, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication and mutual value creation.

For this role, we're looking for someone with: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the Retail environment.

University Degree.

Proven experience in partnership development, luxury marketing, or a related field.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and audience engagement.

Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Negotiating skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Occasional travel may be required for partnership development and VIP experience delivery.
