Our Client is an Automotive National Company, one of the most innovative of that market

**Posizione**:

We are looking for

PARTS & ACCESSORIES ASSISTANT MANAGER

The purpose of this role is to ensure Parts and Accessories turnover and profit according to the assigned targets,

developing commercial actions to promote current and new bold, original, and inventive products, and ensure or develop simple, intuitive, and integrated services.

Focus is Original Accessories, Merchandising, PIO, local business (such as EV, Oil, LPG).

Support in developing new sales channels (such as fleet, insurance, wholesales).

**Product

Develop, in agreement with MPE, KEU and eventually Local suppliers, the accessory range, merchandising portfolio, EV services and Oil business.

Ensure all communication tools and places are updated and assist Service Marketing to develop tactical and long term marketing programs.

**Planning

Develop commercial actions to sell and promote current and new products, to achieve targeted objectives, in line with overall strategy.

Define individual dealers' objectives in line with the initiative business case and supervise network activities to enable dealers to maximize their performance (communication, systems set-up, initial parts stock, and further availability, monitor performance versus targets).

Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the contract and service level agreements

Ensure parts availability with local suppliers for the relevant initiatives.

**Pricing

Determine appropriate price positioning in cooperation with P&A Pricing specialist.

Support P&A pricing specialist with external benchmarks OEM/IAM.

**Controlling and Analysis

Monitor sales trends, sales volumes and dealers' performance, update forecasts according to business requests.

Create and update activity reports addressed to various players.

Italian: good knowledge, spoken and written

Good numbers literacy and understanding

MS-office proficient
