Parts Consultant
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Parts Consultant whose main aim is to develop the National Sales Company's Spare Parts Business, contributing to the implementation of the strategic planning by achieving the assigned targets within the geographic assigned area including north, central or south Italy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement commercial policies, verifying the compliance and consistency to campaigns; Verify and collect spare parts orders; Support commercial and organizational development of dealer and subdealer networks; Implement loyalty recovery plans; Define the Action Plan execution; Share the Action Plan with the assigned program's participants to get their commitment on the strategy; Carry out visits to the program's participants in full compliance with the defined KPIs; Carry out prospecting activities for new adherents, identifying potential new structures; Support central and local marketing campaigns and manage their implementation; Deliver coaching activities on all available products and active marketing campaigns; Grant and maximize the synergy between dealer and authorized network; Achieve the target volume of business for the assigned subdealer; Collaborate with other team members in the own area and share opportunities; Carry out specific assessments and analysis of compliance with the Brand Image; Guarantee data accuracy to ensure effective communication with the National Sales Company.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics or Engineering (first or second level); At least 2 years experience in automotive and/or commercial activities; Previous one yearexperience in field activities is appreciated; Team working attitude and a great interest in the automotive/industrial branch; Good computer skills:
Windows, Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook); Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent result orientation; Knowledge of fluent English, written and spoken, is appreciated.
