Parts Lifecycle Specialist

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The resource will be responsible to analyze vehicles bill of material and technical drawings to identify the relevant spare parts, to create the master data of the identified spare parts into the logistic system, and to proceed with proper forecasting to drive initial stock procurement.
In addition the resource will be responsible to trak readiness KPIs to ensure the stock is available in the markets where is needed to support vehicles launches.
- Identification of new spare parts through analysis of vehicle structure and engineering data.
- Part master creation within P&S system.
Identification of relevant parameters, set up and maintenance.
- Support to customers as second level of escalation from Parts tech.
support (Applix system).
- Ensure System Fill through identification of accurate forecasting and periodical maintenance.
- Support VOR and BDA for alternative solutions.
- Phase out management: identification and management of Plants phase out, assessment of impacts, set up in the system.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze the engineering/production BOM, the technical drawings and the engineering standard.
- Define Service BoM according to the most accurate Service logics and guidelines.
- Parts setup by identifying relevant attributes to ensure proper logistic flow, and on going maintenance.
- Evaluation of the possibility to Standardize the parts.
- Provide a high quality monthly parts forecast to the Planning team/ system to drive high levels of automatic supplier order placement.
- Incorporate historical demand as well as economic factors, field/crop conditions, whole good unit populations, and market intelligence from commercial teams.
- Facilitate multi-departmental Parts Determination meetings for new product launches, assuring that service parts required to support new whole good model launches are forecasted to support platform launch timing.
- Participate, assist, negotiate in Current Product Management meetings to obtain detailed information on whole good product quality and product performance issues that may drive parts demand.
- Execute parts phase-in for all CNHi locations around the world; accelerate parts availability while minimizing inventory obsolescence.
- Work with NPL team to ensure data elements are properly interfaced from the phase in planning team enabling purchasing to meet sourcing objectives.
- Ensure that the phase in planners assist the expeditors D-1 team, VOR and BDA requests on a daily basis for alternative solutions based on their technical analysis.
- Support purchasing in resourcing projects to reduce inventory, transport costs and best practice for the company.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree, technical or through experience in similar field.
- Languages: Italian /English (fluent).
- Knowledge of Planning, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Product Definition, Customer Service.
- General knowledge of international companies organization.
- Technical knowledge of the Agricultural products.
- Strong team orientation.
