Acquisition of new customers and customer assistance

- Creation of offers and correspondence processing

- Creation of advertising material on print and online advertisement

- Updating of local content, support and marketing of the website in Italian/English and social media channels

- Answering phone calls

- Visiting travel agencies, state tourism offices and cooperative Partner

- Assistance in planning and implementing sales promotion and marketing measures

- Preparation and organization of training courses on products, fairs, road shows and events

- Customer and passenger database care

- Creation and evaluation of statistics, reports, analyzes

- Assistance for the administration of the tariffs, the presentation of the tariffs and the distribution of the tariffs

- **Requirement**:_

- Without experience is welcome and willing to be trained.

- Completed commercial training with professional experience in reservation / ticketing and / or in the tourism industry is desirable.

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Knowledge and ability to use computer and MS Office

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Able to organise and prioritise within a demanding environment

- Able to travel or attend events hosted by the company or clients

- Sociability

- Driving license B

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €24. 000, 00 - €27. 000, 00 all'anno
