Coordination with headquarters

- Coordination with local service providers

- Pre-flight check including ordering catering and reservation of the transportation and hotel rooms for the crews

- Answering passenger phone calls, check telex, ensure all seat requests are actioned

- Input and query of data in operation system

- Oversee service providers at check-in and assist in passenger queries

- Ensuring all service providers work smoothly for flight operation

- Ensuring flight leaves on time and assist in disruption.

- Supervision loading/unloading on ramp and completion of documentations

- Also be required to complete some operational tasks on an ad hoc basis.

- Checking and auditing bills and invoices from the vendors

- Others related to office administrative job

**Requirements**:

- Without experience is welcome and willing to be trained.

- Previous airline background experience is desirable

- Experience in customer services or passenger handling at check-in counters of arrival & departure area

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Mandarin language skills (not essential)

- Knowledge and ability to use the MS Office

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Able to organise and prioritise within a demanding environment

- Spirit of team work.

Able to cooperate and work well in a team

- Readiness for shift work

- Have a good work ethic and could cooperate with EVA Air enterprise culture.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €24. 000, 00 - €27. 000, 00 all'anno
