Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for a student/graduate, for an internship opportunity within the Global Process Development Innovation & Development team, based in our Pedrignano Plant.

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Starting from the initiatives in the field of digitalization and the solutions being implemented within GRDQ, the project will aim at the development of specific dashboards capable of correlating process data and technology, at an industrial level, to allow:

1.

Identification of specific correlations between quality and process parameters (intra and inter - plants)

2.

Implementation of preventive continuous improvement practices on pasta production processes

3.

Correlation of process parameters and product tasting.

It will take place primarily at the Pedrignano pilot plants, the Pedrignano plant and the Italian pasta plants.

The main relationships will be with the Quality and Technology Area of the plants as well as within GRDQ.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Industrialization and start up of Meal Solutions products

- Management and maintenance of Meal Solutions production processes

- Management and maintenance of Meal Solutions product and process standards

- Design of technological development activities aimed at defining modern control systems and process "modulation"

**REQUIREMENTS

- Good personal and relational initiative skills as well as autonomous planning and management of the operational activities necessary for the development and validation of the identified solutions.

- Degree in Food Science and Technology or Chemical or Food Engineering (or master student currently at the 2nd year).

- Basic statistical knowledge is also welcome

- Analytical skills

- Fluency in English

- Strong interest for innovation

- Curiosity
