JOB SUMMARY Are you ready to lead and elevate the hospitality experience to new heights? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Pastry Chef to join our team at Mangia's Sardinia Resort!
A Pastry Chef is responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while planning production and developing seasonal offerings.
Responsibilities Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist running the pastry section of the kitchenEnsure excellent quality throughout the dessert offeringsBring creativity to the pastry offeringsSupervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentationPlan production to facilitate daily requirementsDevelop appropriate seasonal menu offeringsManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenueEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulationsWhat are we looking for To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
