PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE

**Responsibilities**:

- Professional training and experience in the production of desserts, cakes and pastries

- Highest quality awareness

- High personal commitment, friendly nature, hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure

- High-quality preparation in the in-house patisserie of cakes, desserts and sweets using fresh products of the highest quality

- Presentation and arrangement of the dishes according to our Guest's specifications

- Coordination of the preparation work and joint responsibility for a smooth organization and work flow in the patisserie

- Compliance with delivery times, quality standards and hygiene guidelines

**Requirements**:

To successfully fill this role, Pastry Chef should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Relevant qualifications for this role

- Excellent planning and organizing skills

- Ability multi-task and meet deadlines

- Strong supervisory skills

- According to the Property guidelines, a creative approach to the production of desserts, cakes and pastries

It would be advantageous in this position for Pastry Chef to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous experience in the role - almost 5 years - in fine dining and/or luxury restaurants

- Passion for producing high quality desserts, cakes and pastries

- Knowledge of current patisserie trends
