This role will be based in Zuma Porto Cervo.
Set against the stunning green-blue coastline of Sardinia, our exceptional restaurant captures the essence of a truly iconic seasonal experience within one of the Mediterranean's most prestigious destinations.

**Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare food products following recipes and senior chefs' instructions, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain adequate mise en place levels for seamless service, focusing on minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency
- Monitor the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all food products, delivering excellence in every dish
- Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Zuma's rigorous cleanliness and safety standards
- Take an active interest in learning other kitchen sections to support team collaboration and adaptability
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance to reflect Zuma's commitment to professionalism
