The Role: A Patent Attorney with a background in general chemistry subject matter and pharmaceuticals to join the team based in Milan.

Key responsibilities: Perform prior art investigations and patentability assessments.

Drafting and prosecution of patent applications.

Provide infringement and validity advice.

Monitoring and assessment of third-party patents.

Provide support to opposition and litigation proceedings.

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and practices that comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The candidate: Qualified Italian Patent Attorney with a few years PQE and technical background in general chemistry and pharmaceuticals.

High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
