Alfasigma is looking for a dynamic Patient Advocacy & Public Affairs Specialist to drive patient-centric initiatives, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and shape our public affairs strategies.

Be oriented to a predictive mindset; seeks multidirectional insights to understand stakeholders needs and environment new trendsDevelop and implement patient-centered programs based on strategy, execution and measurement of KPI and impactCollaborate to implement public affairs strategies and to define the Company Reputation in Italy, accordingly to Global guidelines and leveraging on partnership with stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration: being part of the Value, Access & Policy Department, work with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to align PA&PA projects with company goals. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Political Sciences, or related field (Master's is a plus). 4-5 years of experience in patient advocacy or public affairs in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry (RX and Consumer is a plus). Strong understanding of healthcare systems and public policy. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and positively influence cross-functional teams. Knowledge of regulatory/healthcare compliance standards is a plus. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is a must. Why Join Alfasigma?
