Qualified candidates must possess a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and outgoing personality, who is able to successfully fulfill the below responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES:Patient Intake/Check Out. Confirming appointments. Phone and email communications. Works closely with the Practice Manager. Insurance Verification. Insurance Claims Processing/Follow up. Treatment Plan Presentation. Account Receivables. Appointment Scheduling. Open Dental software. REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required. Must possess an above average phone demeanor. Must be a great listener. Must be reliable and dependable.
