American Express**, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student to join our Global Loyalty Coalition business unit, in the PAYBACK Italy organization.

**He/she will be involved in the following activities**:

Within the context of a program of initiatives aimed to innovate and strengthen the PAYBACK Rewards Shop value proposition, you will support the Rewards Shop Team in the following activities:

- Run market research on Loyalty and Engagement Programs to identify innovative and effective Rewards value propositions, both in terms of offering and UX

- Scout the market for profitable business models and partnerships allowing for the enrichment of the current Rewards Shop assortment with attractive rewards, with a focus on digital rewards and green/sustainable physical or digital rewards

- Identify and evaluate value proposition to improve and innovate Points Redemption opportunities in the PAYBACK Rewards Shop

You will be able to understand and learn to work in a highly dynamic working environment, collaborating closely with different teams, and to deepen your understanding of loyalty trends, business models and rewards strategies.
