YOU

As a Payments & Claims Specialist you will manage premiums collection and pay-outs processes for life insurance policies with reference to the European markets that FWU currently covers.

Your tasks will include:

- Documentation checks

- Evaluation and calculation of the pay-out imports

- Download of bank and postal settlements

- Premiums matching

- Funds evaluation and input

- relationship management with agencies and customers

IF YOU HAVE

- a university degree in the field of business or still studying

- a good knowledge of the MS Office suite

- have an independent and self-reliant way of working

- excellent command of Italian and English (both written and spoken)

- knowledge of Spanish and/or French (B2 Level) would be a plus
