Job Purpose As part of the Payroll and Administration team, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying payroll data, reviewing reports, handling employee and third-party queries, ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Collecting and verifying data related to attendance, overtime, holidays, leave, etc.
Calculating salaries, contributions, tax, and social security deductions.
Managing company benefits.
Preparing and printing pay slips.
Managing monthly and annual closures.
Managing tax, social security declarations and contribution payments.
Monitoring deadlines and regulatory compliance.
Funds: Managing supplementary pension funds and supplementary health care.
Handling payments and communications to the competent authorities.
Supporting employees.
Employee Relations: Providing support and information to employees regarding payroll, administration, and benefits.
Handling employee requests and complaints.
Collaborating with other company departments (HR, Finance, Legal) for personnel management.
Required Skills and Experience Experience: 7-10 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
Previous experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies and in an industrial environment.
Skills: Clear and effective communication skills with personnel.
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Problem-solving and positive attitude.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations regarding payroll and personnel administration.
Excellent knowledge of Zucchetti or ADP software.
Required Languages Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
