The main activities and responsibilities include:
- time & attendance management providing advice and guidance to employees- support of the monthly payroll processing- create and make available attendance & payroll related reports- fulfill the admin mandatory requirements related to the employment (ex.
COB, Smart Working declarations, etc )- prepare attestations and other employment related documentation- manage the monthly and quarterly payroll related payments and manage employees' enrollments in pension funds and insurance coverage- provide quality advice to employees about the various admin & payroll topics- interfacing with the payroll provider for all necessary activities, including new implementations required- collaborate closely with the various HR functions (Total Reward, L&M, HRBPs, ) to ensure a careful management of the employee lifecycle- actively participate in the onboarding activities for newcomers- engage in continuous improvement initiatives- actively contribute to structure the strategy of our Payroll & Administration Dept.
What you need to succeed
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Payroll & Administration area gained preferably in an international organization
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in using time & payroll software (eg.
ADP, Zucchetti, etc)
- Knowledge and experience in the usage of ADP software
- Knowledge of the CCNL Metalmeccanici and Dirigenti - Industria
- Fluent in Italian
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Ability to work with a good level of autonomy guided by a strong sense of responsibility
- Good organizational skills to define priorities and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Teamworking attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Proactivity in identifying innovative solutions aimed at process improvement (continuous improvement mindset)
