Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
The role will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Main duties and responsibilities: Process payroll for employees in compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate payroll records and handle related administrative tasks. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding administrative needs and payroll-related inquiries. Support new employees during their onboarding process from an administrative perspective. Review and verify expense reports for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Director of Human Resources to prepare and analyze workforce cost reports. Collaborate with Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices. Skills and requirements: Previous experience in payroll administration. Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and confidentiality. Proficiency in payroll software Team System is a plus. Good knowledge of English.
