Our client, a leading organization in construction, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team for a 6 to 8-week assignment , with the potential to transition into a more permanent position.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be part of the Accounting and Payroll Department , supporting the Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional numerical data entry skills , proficiency with payroll systems , and strong attention to detail , which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Payroll Administrator Location: Arvada, CO Pay Range: $29/hour What's the Job?

Process payroll accurately using ADP Workforce Now and Spectrum software.

Perform precise 10-key numerical data entry to maintain payroll records.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage tax, benefits, and deductions.

Support payroll audits and assist with reporting as needed.

What's Needed?

Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Spectrum payroll systems.

Exceptional 10-key numerical data entry skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Full-time, in-office availability Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
