Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a payroll analyst to design and ensure compliance with our payroll process.

This includes calculating gross and net pay amounts (salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonus' etc. )

Payroll-specific record maintenance and reconciliation of payroll records.

Payroll data verification and administration.

Basic Qualifications:

- HS Diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years working experience OR Bachelors in Account or Human Resources with 1-3 years in payroll

Preferred Qualifications:

- Payroll Reconciliation

- Excel Knowledge (V-Lookup_)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare payroll in workday or regional/local platform on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis.

- Administer the timekeeping system

- Calculates manual checks on termination paychecks, commissions and bonus

- Maintains payroll tax profiles

- Coordinates payroll projects

- Analyze and process reports, identifying areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities.

- Prepare information for internal and external audits.

- Coordinates with Legal for regulatory compliance.

- Interacts with third party vend
