Payroll Manager
For a structured and international consulting firm, we are looking for a **PAYROLL MANAGER** who will be providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients with the support of a work operative team.
He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
**Key Responsibility**:
- Full ownership in managing all kind of client's requests
- Ensures payroll is prepared in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Reviews payroll submissions and ensures proper disbursement of earnings and tax amounts
- Processing payrolls complex clients
- Provides labour and payroll consultancy services to clients when needed
- Supports and assists more junior team members
- Supports internal and external audits related to payroll
- Conference calls and client meetings together with Senior Officer or Supervisor
- Processing year end reporting
**Job specific requirements**:
- Advanced knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Proven experience in a payroll role within a payroll delivery position
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Degree in Law and/or Economics
- Between 6 and 10 years' experience in similar Organizations
- Excellent client services skills
- Deep expertise in Payslips' System
- Deep knowledge of Italian Labour Law
- Problem solving attitude
- Creating team success - as a member
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
