As we expand our operations globally, it's important that we bring on an experienced** Payroll Manager** with a knack for organization and has a great sense of team spirit-and we hope that's you!

As we expand further in Italy you will help us get our payroll operations running like a fine-tuned machine.

Because just like our deliveries, our growth is FAST!

This means you'll play a crucial role in making sure that growth is successful.

**What you'll do, in more detail

- You'll ensure the accuracy of the payroll cycle, social charges and tax payments for Getir Italy, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supervising direct and indirect support staff.

- You'll maintain payroll information by managing the collection, calculation, and entering of staff's data.

- You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in determining some of Getir's key incentive structures.

- You'll prepare weekly payroll reports.

- Organize!

You'll manage the documentation for all current and new hires including their contracts, legal documentation, and personal information.

- In partnership with an external payroll provider, you'll work with internal teams including strategy, people, operations, and finance to ensure quality and effective work.

- Communicate!

You'll help out staff who have questions or make requests related to their payroll.

- You'll help maintain payroll guidelines by developing and updating Getir's policies and procedures.

- Working closely with People Operations teams, you'll help improve processes that blow past expected targets.

**What you'll bring**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

- You're a pro at Microsoft Excel/ Google sheets and can run formulas in your sleep (don't worry, we'd never ask you to).

- Thinking analytically comes naturally to you.

- We can tell right away that you have a can-do and will-do attitude.

- Much like Stretch Armstrong, Mr.

Fantastic, or your childhood playdough, you're super adaptable.

That means you can switch between long-term strategic planning one moment into rapid, tactical actions the next.

- You have excellent communication skills and can use them to demonstrate what it means to be part of Getir to the team.
