Position Summary

Based in Corsico (MI), supervise the day-to-day activities and meet all necessary deadlines associated with Parker payroll responsibilities for the employees.

**Responsibilities

Update payroll records by reviewing changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions and department/ division transfers - Pay employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts - Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and nontaxable wages - Liaise with HR team for appointments, terminations, hirings, remuneration analysis, employment law and other relevant matters - Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests raised either by managers or workers - Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops - Update employees' monthly time cards by resolving discrepancies and entering justifications.

**Qualifications

- Similar working experience in a payroll office and admin tasks;

- Degree will be a plus;

- Proficient in digital skills (Zucchetti software, MS Office);

- Team working;

- Detail orientation;

- Excellent in meet deadlines.
