The Country Payroll Project Manager is the linking pin with HR Operation Team and Payroll service providers.

It guarantees a smooth transition to the new payroll and Time mgmt.

platforms, getting the input from the HR Operations team and liaising with the internal and external technical team.

- YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the project activities for the Payroll and Time Management platforms

- Collaborate with the incumbent payroll and time teams and with the future payroll&time service providers during all project phases

- Reports to the Global payroll leader and liaises with the Program PMO to provide updates about the project status

- Escalates at the proper level in case of need

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 10 years experience in Payroll and Time implementation

- Experience in international and complex contexts

- Relationship with the big players payroll providers

- Competence on HR systems integration (i. e.

SuccessFactors)

- Project management

- Good communication skills

- Good level of English
