OverviewOne Identity is seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst who will oversee the way we compensate employees to ensure all payments are accurate and on time.

You will ensure to maintain an efficient payroll process that complies with all federal and state regulations.

As a Payroll Analyst, your responsibilities include reviewing payroll data and documents for inefficiencies and errors, checking whether all amounts are accurate based on hours worked and ensuring payments are made on time.

You will also be responsible for handling payroll for those countries assigned by the Payroll Director.

ResponsibilitiesIn your role as a Payroll Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll procedures, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring compensation and tax regulations are compliant.

Other payroll tasks include: Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies if necessaryTax and benefits administration-related tasks based on country requirementsManaging payment transactions via e-bankingConduct regular audits on payroll procedures and recordsDesign, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processesManage payroll calendars for the fiscal yearReport to the Payroll Director on payroll issues and changesAnswer employees' questions about salaries and tax in HR ServiceNowStay up to date on state payroll and tax lawsHandle the on-and offboarding payroll-related processesKeep in contact with the country's trainee and benefit service provider to perform payroll-related tasksConduct administrative tasks related to opening and closing of the year for payroll managementContact payroll service providers (including contracted consultants)QualificationsThe successful candidate will bring experience in managing payroll processes.

Other qualifications include: Experience using HR databases and other IT systems2+ years relevant experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role (e. g. , in accounting)Deep knowledge of local payroll and tax regulationsHands-on commercial experience with payroll softwareDegree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field an advantageStrong numerical and advanced analytical / Excel skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work effectively with different teamsAbility to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and prioritize own workBusiness proficiency in English and local languageCompany DescriptionOne Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
