The OpportunityPayroll Senior Specialist Location: MilanWhat you'll get to doThe ideal candidates will join our HR team, directly reporting to the Director, and will be responsible for the overall payroll and administration process. Functions and Responsibilities:Responsibility for the payroll process: monthly attendance collection, collaboration with the payroll office, and payroll checks. Support to the HR Director for the annual budget and forecast analysis. Support to the HR Director for the entire employee lifecycle. Drafting of employment contracts and management of the termination of employment relationships. Employee management in p. iva (Enasarco). Reconciliation of personnel costs. Accident/illness and maternity/paternity management. Support for administrative activities of all internal employees (payslips, TFR, medical visits, trainings, funds…). We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Education: Bachelor degree. Languages: Italian and English are a must (written and spoken).

Other languages will be considered a plus. Competencies:Passionate about products and the beauty market. Curious, dynamic, interested in Branding and Retail evolution. Strong analytic skills: Excel advanced level. Customer management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Agile and pragmatic. Results and business-oriented. Entrepreneurial spirit. Requested knowledge:Notions of contributory and tax treatment. Notions of CCNL structure (preferably if Commerce). Knowledge and management of Funds. Knowledge of social security institutions (INPS, INAIL). Accounting: general accounting basics, double entry operation. Excel. Zucchetti. Preferably, Enasarco.
