The Opportunity Payroll Senior SpecialistLocation: Milan  What you'll get to do The ideal candidates will join our HR team, directly reported to the Director, and he/she will be responsible for the overall payroll and administration process.

Functions and Responsibilities:• Responsability on the payroll process: monthly attendance collection, collaboration with the payroll office and payroll check • Support to the HR Director for the annual budget and forecast analysis • Support to the HR Director for the entire employees lifecycle • Drafting of the employment contract and management of the termination of the employment relationship• Employee management in p. iva (Enasarco)• Reconciliation of personnel costs• Accident/illness and maternity/paternity management• Support for administrative activities of all internal employees (payslips, TFR, medical visits, trainings, funds…)  We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Languages: Italian and English are a must (written and spoken).

Other languages will be considered as a plus.
