About the role

- Reporting to the Payroll Lead, your role as a Payroll Specialist is to follow and support all the payroll processes.

Your focus is to ensure that Employees get paid in the right time and in a consistent manner, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all the activities related to payroll processes for the entire Italian workforce is met.

Furthermore, you will act as the first interface for employees and managers, and you will elaborate pay slips and reports for managers.

You will be (Your responsibilities):

- Responsible for Italian Payroll Process for employees in the organization. -

- Responsible for maintaining personnel database regarding salaries. -

- Supporting the HR Operations Team completing administrative tasks and executing projects. -

- Responsible for managing reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expenses. -

- First interface for Payroll topics. - You have (Your qualifications):

- An educational background of Economics or Labor Law-

- 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in labor consultant companies or similar-

- Knowledge and experience of ADP (ADP Celergo will be a plus)-

- Fluent in English in writing and verbal-
