**What Your Role Will Be

- Manage administrative employee lifecycle and payroll in Italy

- On-board and off-board employees and set-up needed processes and records

- Secure and update employee records and relevant employment documents

- Process and record payroll data accurately and on a timely basis

- Communicate with the Human Resources Department to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers and rate changes.

Makes updates as necessary

- Process special payrolls as necessary including travel expense reimbursements, commissions, bonus and year-end adjustment payrolls

- Ensure compliance and data privacy

- Research and resolve questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information

- Look for areas of process improvement to ensure efficient and effective processing of payroll

- Assist the HR team in special projects as required

- Weekly and monthly reports for the region and for the corporate

**Your key success factors

- 4+ years of experience as HR Administration or Payroll Specialist

- Master degree in Law or Economic or related field

- Experience in working in international context with a strong corporate function

- Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).

- Fluent English: written and verbal (Fluency in Bulgarian is a big plus)

- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure

- Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments

- A team player who is able to build trusted relationships and deliver results

- You demonstrate the ability to analyze information and create solutions to solve problems
