Payroll/Time & Attendance And Benefits Lead
What's new with Aptar We have an exciting position open in Aptar Chieti: Payroll/Time & Attendance and Benefits Lead, reporting to HR Service Delivery Director. This position will be based in San Giovanni Teatino (CH) and will be in charge of providing day-to-day support, coordination, and coaching to the Payroll/Time & Attendance and Benefits Country Leads/Specialists, ensuring services are delivered according to global standards and meet specific local requirements.

In this role, you will:
Report to Regional HR Services Lead on specific initiatives and challenges for each process area. Collaborate with Regional HR Services Lead on the definition of HR Services budget, future staffing requirements, and other needs. Set performance targets for Payroll/Time & Attendance and Benefits Country Lead and Payroll/Time & Attendance and Benefits Specialists in line with overall team goals and individual development plan. Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Lead and contribute to assume ownership/accountability over the relationship between HR Services and external partners. Measure and monitor services performance by identifying opportunities for improvement concerning timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy, and controls. Act as an escalation point for payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits issues. Assess, approve, and submit improvement actions related to processes and systems/tools. Identify optimization and automation areas at the local level for each process included in the HR Services scope. Support Regional HR Services Lead on the design and/or implementation of policies, processes, and systems/tools. Collaborate with Regional HR Services Lead on the development of new solutions and on the implementation of action plans. Ensure data privacy and compliance requirements are met across the different countries. Ensure Payroll/T&A/Benefits Specialists are provided with the required knowledge, have access to required information/documentation, and contribute to knowledge management activities. Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/related field. Knowledge of following HR areas of Expertise: Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Knowledge of Processes and HR Systems/Tools. Experience in Digital Transformation. Experience in Vendor Management. Skills:
Customer & Results Orientation. Analytical & Problem-solving Mindset. Communication. Intercultural Sensitivity. Leadership. Team Orientation. Personal Accountability & Commitment. Resilience. Languages: English (mandatory). Ability to travel. What we offer
