P&C (Hr) Generalist Maternity Leave
Job Description
Handling of personnel administration such as the creation of employment contracts and their further processing including the onboarding
Preparation of payroll in close cooperation with external payroll provider – for own and one affiliated entity
Coordination of meetings
Support for the P&C team
Point of contact for employees, superiors and external provider or partner
Documentation of employee lifecycle related processes (preparation and storage), including HSE data collection (e. g. training certificates) and planning of periodical medical check
Qualifications
HR degree and at least 2 years of experience in this field
Written and spoken Italian and English language skills
Experience in preparing monthly payroll and basic knowledge in Italian labor laws, social security, labor tax
Experience in the full lifecycle of P&C processes and initiatives
Ideally experience in using an ERP System (SAP, IFS or other) and Microsoft Office
Interested into working in an international environment
