With the aim of strengthening the People & Culture Department, we are recruiting an

**HR Payroll Expert

Who will be part of the Payroll Team and will be responsible for the time management process, recurring payroll inputs and periodic statistics.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Independently manage the time management process for Fidia's Headquarter and Italian Plants, performing monthly checks and closings in compliance with Payroll deadlines and using the Zucchetti platform;

- Prepare recurring payroll inputs for monthly loadings in salaries, for example Expenses, Welfare, Fringe Benefit and process periodic statistics;

- Relate with reference entities, like INPS, INAIL, FONCHIM and FASCHIM, for recurring topics;

- Manage the relationship with employee, supporting and guiding them in case of doubts or difficulties regarding company's procedures;

- Provide support to Payroll Team's colleagues in drafting contract documentation;

- Keep track of contracts' deadlines;

- Contribute to the digitization process.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Law or Labour Consulting;

- At least 2 years of work experience in the same role;

- Good knowledge of Zucchetti platform;

- Experience in the operational management of welfare plans and expense reports will be considered a plus;

- Attention to detail, cooperation, critical thinking and organizational skills;

- Good knowledge of English language.

We offer a permanent contract and a C2 grading of the chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
