**P&C Specialist (M/F/D)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 5014- LOCATION: Rome, IT- DEPARTMENT: People & Culture (HR)The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for payroll process activities for several countries and supports the HR Manager in all aspects of the employment lifecycle in the countries of responsibility.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Responsible for payroll process activities for Italy, Greece and Croatia;

- Responsible for executing HR employment lifecycle matters such as employment contracts management, absence management, issuing employment certificates and reports and update regularly the HR data base (Success factors);

- Provide support to the employees on various employment lifecycle matters;

- Contributing to the development and implementation of the onboarding process;

- Provide support to the HR Manager on HR projects, in the development and implementation of local policies and procedures

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor in Economics, Sociology, Political Science;

- Further training as HR Specialist would be considered a plus;

- Qualified training and experience in Payroll in companies or in consultancy firms;

- 1-3 years generalist experience in Human Resources working in an international environment;

- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a benefit;

- Excellent IT skills (MS Office esp.

Excel, Experience with Success Factors is a benefit);

- Affinity to numbers and a high demand on quality;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Enjoy working in a team and in a dynamic, international environment.
