Albéa Gennevilliers is home to our global headquarters. ScopePCL: Material Control Planning Manager / ProcurementThe position could be based in any European Tubes Site. Main activitiesLead the MCP Team of the cluster. Lead material requirement calculations and optimizations. Based on SOP, MPS, scheduling and MRP. Calculate requirements for Quantities, deliveries, transports for all suppliers. Share with suppliers forecast and firms' requirements. Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions. Suggest and value (Technical, PL, Stock… Impacts) different scenarii for decisions. Manage Suppliers according to contracts, secure availability of materials and components for the plants. Define Escalation rules with Purchasing Dept and Manage Second level. Optimize and manage material stocks and corresponding surfaces.

Deploy associated improvement tools: JNI, Cross docks…Contribute to Industrial performance and PL through optimization of material global costs (Cost of goods, footprint, transports, MOQ, stock surfaces …). Lead SLA (Service Level Agreements) process, negotiate in association with Purchasing organization, master corresponding data (in SAP …).

SLA shall contribute to customer satisfaction, lead time reduction, stock, and cost reductions… SLA shall include MOQ, Lead time, OTIF, Quality, Stock agreement, transport, securization, CSR action plan, including tool landing contracts… not exhaustive…Manage Material planning and scheduling tools (SAP, routines … and associated tools): Deployment, Implementation and Training of teams. Lead Material Master data process (Articles, suppliers, packaging, transports, MOQ …) (in SAP …) for optimized and rigorous calculations. Contribute to stock accuracy with plant and PCL improvement team. Contribute to transport reduction costs with Transport Project Manager. Lead packaging optimization project for suppliers' materials and components. Lead crisis team on global supply chain when required and suppliers are involved. Contribute to new product launches (NPL) and lead associated MCP activities: SLA update or creations, new orders, stock build … see corresponding processes. Contribute to production transfer processes and lead associated MCP activities: SLA update or creations, new routes, stock build … see corresponding processes. SAP Key user for material control and procurement. Contribute to HSE best practices definitions and deployment for Material scope. Contribute to Customer satisfaction improvement (OTIF, deliveries…) and lead specific projects. Accountability including KPIsSupplier KPIS: OTIF (Qty and time)Stock (€ and DIO) for BOP (Bought out parts)Components availability in PlantsProfile (Experience Qualifications)Leadership, ability to listen, communicate and convince.
