Purpose of the Position As a part of our Project Management team, you will be responsible and accountable for PDS projects in respect to PDS Project Management Supervisor. You will be responsible for meeting customer and business expectations by bringing multiple projects to completion according to agreed timelines and financial planning. Responsibilities: Handle multiple tasks within the assigned projects and customer requests within expected timelines with high-quality results. Write minutes of meetings and teleconferences. Facilitate project activities by coordinating the project team's tasks. Host and manage customer visits and prepare presentations for events (including but not limited to Kick-off Meetings). Provide support to maintain project timelines as agreed with customers. Support customer satisfaction and facilitate communication within project teams. Provide regular updates on project progress to all involved individuals. Facilitate positive interactions among team members and manage conflicts. Update project and billing plans on the database platform. Support finance by project billing. Archive project documentation. Draft proposals for changes in scope and project expansions based on guidelines from technical teams. Support quotation team in generating proposals for technical changes and additional services requested by customers. Requirements Education: BA or MS in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Biological Sciences or similar, or equivalent experience. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of GMP regulations and the pharmaceutical field is highly recommended; good knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plus; good knowledge of Project Management techniques; PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are a plus. Professional Experience: 2-3 years in a technical field or related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical Trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial Awareness, Customer Contact), and at least 1 year as Project Manager. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus. Soft Skills: Well organized and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills; customer and result orientation; strong ability to establish meaningful connections; ability to motivate; strong leadership and communication skills; understanding of the quotations process; represent site interests in negotiations of technical aspects and proposals.
