They are now looking to expand their team with a PE Analyst/Associate in Milan, Italy.

Their strategy involves Renewable transactions across Italy and Europe (both via Greenfield and M&A).

About the Company: Our client is a dynamic Renewable Investment company with a strategic focus on Renewable transactions across Italy and Europe.

They operate through both Greenfield initiatives and M&A, contributing to the sustainable growth of the renewable energy sector.

Position Overview: As a Private Equity Analyst/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Investment Team.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining dynamic financial models Analyzing investment opportunities Providing support during acquisitions and project financing Conducting due diligence This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful renewable energy projects.

Requirements: Strong proficiency in financial modeling 1-6 years of relevant experience Prior experience in the renewable energy sector Fluency in both English and Italian Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team Compensation: The salary for this role is dependent on experience, ranging from 50, 000 to 85, 000 Euros, accompanied by a generous bonus structure and carry.
