Duties include: answering phones & returning calls to students and parents, retrieving phone messages from voice mail, greeting visitors to the office and answering general financial aid questions for students and parents. Requirements Only eligible FEDERAL Work-Study students may apply. Wear appropriate attire for office setting. Arrive on time for shift schedule and obtain a replacement from other office Peers if unable to work a shift. Additional Information Able to work during summer, fall, winter and spring breaks preferred but not required. Discreet confidentiality a must.
