**Pega System Architect **will work in the company IT unit focused on Business Process Automation, mainly based on Pega technology and low-code/no-code platforms, contributing to the digital transformation process in place and supporting other bank office in their work.

The **Pega System Architect **main tasks will be:

- Develop new components and adopt best practice to maximize the use of Pega

- Review and approve technical solutions from suppliers

- Manage and evolve Pega technical governance

- Manager suppliers

- 3+ years of experience as Pega developer

- Pega technical certifications (SA, SSA)

- Passionate team-worker with problem-solving and positive attitude

Additional skills:

- Lead System Architect Pega certification

- Knowledge/experience in cloud and web technologies and in other low-code/no-code platforms

- Previous experience in financial services (other players or consulting firms)

- Availability to travel to other Banca Generali offices (Milan / Trieste)
