Main Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the HR Manager to support overall Talent Acquisition activities for Pelletteria Richemont Firenze (F&A Industrial Legal Entity) in Italy.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will? identify, engage, and animate a pipeline of external candidates? for various roles in the organization.

He/ she will work closely with the PRF hiring managers as a strategic business partner to drive a strategy that will encompass all channels of sourcing to provide the best talents in the market.

The TA Partner will be a direct point of contact for partnership with recruitment vendors, local job-boards, and other Recruitment & Employer Branding service providers.

In summary, the Talent Acquisition Partner is a? Richemont ambassador? who will drive the candidate experience and help build a sustainable candidate pipeline to support our business strategy.

Responsibilities: - Ensure success by providing the best talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipeline for long term success.

- Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business by providing market and ? talent insights to Hiring Managers and HR community.

- As an internal sourcing expert, you will oversee pro-active searching in our database and via external channels for talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.

- Be the ambassador and deliver impactful Richemont message to attract, connect and engage with candidates.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout their journey.

- Actively share exceptional talent within the TA community in Europe, while maintaining accurate candidate info in our ATS People First & LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Use our systems and tools diligently and responsibly to ensure healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency.

- Manage Recruitment Agency engagement, contractual agreements, and performance review.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization.

- Strong knowledge and experience in local practices in Italy is crucial.

- Flexibility/Adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian & English with the ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates - Can navigate and? master the various online and offline sourcing channels.

- Previous work experience in the luxury manufacturing field is a plus.
