About the Gamindo Family**:
We are a tech startup and a fast growing company that develops branded video games for Marketing and HR goals.
In fact we think that marketing can be more fun, effective and entertaining for brands and consumers and we also believe in the power of gaming to amuse any boring or difficult topic for companies and employees.

We have worked with brands such as Google, Coca Cola, LVMH, L'Oreal, Barilla, Generali, Boschand many more from different industries - but we don't want to spoil them now!
So far, we have been accelerated by Plug and Play in Silicon Valley, received the Seal of Excellence by the EU and raised €500k from important angel investors.
We are about to reach €1 million revenue this year and we are ready to scale the business globally.
Our ambition is to bring video games to every company, leaving none behind, and we are doing that by scaling our business and leveraging our technology.

**What will you do?
You will be responsible for:
- Elaboration and implementation of team building & engagement activities, training and development
- Management of internal communication inspired by fun and well-being starting from onboarding (and off-boarding if necessary) for new hires
- Definition of internal processes in line with the culture and the values
- Support in the setup of the internal organizational and in the creation of Talent & Performance programs for talent acquisition
- Implementation and structure of the diversity and inclusion plans
- Management of payroll and standard HR admin activities
**What skills will power-up your game?
We will be excited for the following:
- You have a strong belief in people's potential and you want your team to experience an engaging and energizing work climate
- Good written and oral communication skills, with excellent knowledge of Italian and good English
- Excellent listening skills
- Degree or Master in HR
**What skills will give you an "extra life"?
We will be excited for the following:
- A couple of years of experience within the HR division
- Minimum knowledge of welfare policies and Italian Labor Law
