The International Internship Program is an initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most qualified students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas.
Requisiti
**Requirements**:
- University student attending a Bachelor or a Master Program - minimum enrollment in the second year of Bachelor
- Fluency in English; Italian a plus
- Full-time availability
**Responsibilities**:
- Draft communications materials such as internal news articles/blogs, scripts, talking points, short stories, social media posts and employee-centric messages.
- Handle publishing/posting on internal and external channels when necessary.
- Manage the People & Culture, Group Operations and ESG team's editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Group Marketing & Communications team.
- Partner with People & Culture/HR, Group Operations and ESG teams to support internal/external communications while building strong relationships with internal partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in writing/reading English (English & Italian proficiency a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as ability to support multiple projects at once.
- Can-do attitude and a willingness to support the team on all new and ongoing projects to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to quickly comprehend new digital platforms (Outlook, Group intranet, Yammer, SharePoint).
- Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills working with colleagues across all levels.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, share ideas and willing to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently but confident enough to ask for guidance and input when needed.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
