To support our significant growth initiatives, we are looking for a PEOPLE & CULTURE ITALY BUSINESS PARTNER, a professional eager to contribute their talent to our team, engage with a versatile, dynamic, and challenging project, and project their career growth within our organization.
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Management at Briolf HQ, you will be responsible for leading the HR area of Briolf Group's business units in Italy (Areco Italia, Intec, ImpaCar), ensuring the implementation and achievement of objectives, policies, procedures, and HR methodologies across the organization.
What will your challenges be?
Design and implement HR strategies that support the Group's growth and objectives.
Assess HR policies and plans, proposing updates to align them with the business and workforce needs.
Identify training needs and develop specific programs for departments or individuals, ensuring skill development within teams.
Promote talent development and retention within the Group, identifying high-potential profiles and creating career plans to foster their growth and contribution.
Lead change processes, driving cultural and organizational transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and outcomes.
Actively collaborate in strategic recruitment processes to ensure the integration of profiles aligned with the Group's values and goals.
Address employee inquiries and concerns about organizational functioning and their roles, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Serve as a link between employees and management to ensure a positive work environment, promoting actions that boost motivation, engagement, and team well-being.
Analyze and interpret HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, satisfaction, etc. )
to make data-driven decisions and propose continuous improvements.

What are we looking for in your profile?
Education in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, and/or a Master's in HR or Labor Relations.
Experience in talent acquisition, training, and retention.
Proficiency with tools and techniques for evaluating, training, and developing people.
Knowledge of compensation policies, benefits, organizational structures, and labor relations.
Availability to work at the Areco office and systematically travel to Intec and ImpaCar to ensure departmental results.
We are looking for someone autonomous, proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic vision, a results-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
