The Company offers integrated home-related services such as mortgage financing, providing a turn-key experience with an inclusive approach towards Real Estate operators (brokers, contractors and banks). What will you do? Strategic People ManagementDevelop, iterate and implement People strategies aligned with Corporate strategy and functional roadmaps;Review and iterate on the organizational setup with the CEO and Management Team to ensure consistency with business goals. Culture & Employee EngagementConstantly review the Company Values and ensure adherence/ fit review across different touchpoints (from recruiting to performance);Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives;Establish recurring relationships with the whole organization, with specific focus on key people, being the main point of contact when it comes to People matters. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement the HR plan in line with the overall business plan, identifying current and future hiring needs with CEO and managers;Iterate the recruiting framework, in terms of selection criteria and processes;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding in coordination with the managers. Payroll & HR OperationsOversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution, leveraging the HRIS in place and eventually labor consultants;Manage the administration of employees' benefits (ticket restaurant, health insurance, etc);Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS;Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes;Manage employment contracts, probation periods, and terminations;Oversee the office management across Italy (Milan, Rome) & France (Paris and Regions) in coordination with the Office Manager. Performance & DevelopmentIterate on the performance review framework and coordinate the related processes during the different cycles (twice per year);Provide guidance on people development and career progression plans, ensuring coordination with the different managers;Identify training needs and development programs to upskill people;Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. HR Budget ManagementDefine and manage the HR budget (learning, HRIS, etc), ensuring this is addressing the corporate needs and in line with the business plan;Nurture and maintain the relationship with all the HR-related vendors and stakeholders at large (lawyers, labor consultants, benefits providers, H&S suppliers, etc.
);Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as headcount, labor cost in coordination with the Finance department. Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with labor law across all HR activities;Regularly review and update company policies and procedures;Oversee labor law matters, in coordination with external lawyers;Manage Health & Safety activities with local external providers. What will we expect from you? MSc in Management, Business, Humanistic Studies broadly;5-7 years of previous professional experience;Proven experience in a generalist HR role;Experience in startup context and technology-related industries is a must;Italian native-speaking, English proficiency, French is a plus;Office/ Google Suite (focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets);Proficiency with HRIS.
