**What you will be doing
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the People & Culture Team and you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg and France), reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster our culture in a high-performing environment.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback and business goals.
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies and programs.
- Design and execute talent management processes including performance management, talent development and career development.
- Implement leadership development programs and initiatives to build management capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Utilise HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives.

You have:
- 5+ years experience in HR, working in People & Culture, Learning and Development, Internal Communication
- Proven experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven experience in Engagement and People Experience.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing both training and development strategies.
- Knowledge of workshops and training facilitation.
- Proven experience in procedure and process implementation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude - we love doing things in a smart way!

**Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
