**Mission

Vibram SpA is currently looking for a brilliant People & Internal Communication Expert who will support the company fostering a real culture of growth and unity/collaboration.

The role will be focused on developing and continuously innovating our people-first value, encouraging collaboration and motivating teams to exceed their full potential together, throughout their time with Vibram organization, to foster morale, encourage collaboration and motivate teams to reach their full potential.

The role will plan and carry out initiatives addressed in increasing employees' engagement happiness, satisfaction, in coherence with the company's values and aims to create connections among our worldwide locations.

The position reports hierarchically to the Global HR Director. This role will closely collaborate with different other departments in the organization.

Place of work: Italy, between our headquarters in Albizzate (VA) and Milan. We are looking for someone who is ready to connect and relate with our associates worldwide, among all our locations (USA, China, Japan).

**Jobs

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Promote initiatives to strengthen relationships among colleagues

- Together with HR Team and Top Management, work on possible reward system that shows employees the company's appreciation

- Develop and execute initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and community by organizing events & engagement activities, managing health, welfare and wellbeing activities, welfare platform, special agreements, supplementary medical insurance, internal outlet etc

- Monitor employees satisfaction and help them succeed by actively listening and through one-to-one communication

- Conduct meetings with different Committees to gain feedback and solicit suggestions (Canteen Committee, Welfare Committee, Internal Events meetings etc )

- Find more interacting internal communication solutions in collaboration with other depts.

- Key person that manages the hospitality for Vibram worldwide with the support of marketing purchasing and facility depts.

- Create reports and presentations, carrying out in-person information, internal surveys and collecting feedback

- Maintain a global overview to guarantee that similar initiatives are also developed in other regions

- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

- High level of energy

- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

- Master Degree

- Previous experience (at least 3-4 years) in similar role within international companies

- Passion for innovative HR solutions in order to create a positive work environment, and ability to work well across different functions, as to integrate HR and business strategies

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken

**Offer

Direct hiring in the company with a permanent contract is expected.
