This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Bachelor's and Master's student

In brief

- you will be responsible for:

Support on admins manager and HR Business Partner activities Playing an active role in the recruiting process of internship & trainee prograling with university relations and employer branding events Actively supporting the development and implementation of the Onboarding plan Handling with HR purchasing orders and vendor relations Motoring and delivering people and performance analysis Updating internal databases Provide ideas and follow projects for activities and process improvement What we expect from you:

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Management Engineering

- Business Administration or HR High level of commitment and analytical thinking Strong communication skills and independent way of working Good command of MS office

- especially Excel.

Proficient in English and Italian languages NOTE:

EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.
