We are looking for a People Administration Specialist to join our HR team in Milan, who will focus on payroll, employee administration, and the legal side of HR, working for our F&B outlets inside Gran Melià Palazzo Cordusio (Sachi, Isola, and Giardino Cordusio) and new openings soon in the city.

Main Responsibilities Management of Employee Relations, contracts, and reports.

Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Furnish the Payroll Office with all information necessary for the preparation of payroll and other calculations.

Control staff time management and monitor leave balances.

Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Administer the Company's HR System, ensuring its smooth and accurate operation and updates.

Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.

Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or Business Administration.

3-5 years' experience in the administration of HR.

Preferably, experience in HR in hospitality (ideally in restaurants and hotels).

Good knowledge of Italian labor law.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Excellent knowledge of the Zucchetti system.

Experience working with international companies.

Flexible person with the availability to adapt.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
